The Coco de Mer is very large nut that is found in Seychelles, espacially on Praslin island. It´s the largest and the heaviest seed in the world, weighing up to 25 kilogrammes with a diameter of 40 to 50 centimetres.

The long one is the male Coco de Mer, and the round one is the female Coco de Mer. The long one inseminates the rount one, after which the round one gives birth to new fruits.
It´s just like people… 😌
Despite being the second-largest island in the Seychelles it has fraction of the population, inhabited by a mere 6,500 people. It is sleepy, laid back and far less developed than neighbouring Mahé, yet still large enough to explore when you tire of your nearest beach.
