ATC and OQ to explore options for Duqm, Ras Markaz

Aramco Trading Company (ATC) and Oman’s global integrated energy company, OQ SAOC, to explore business opportunities at the port of Duqm and the Ras Markaz oil storage terminal in Oman, including sustainable options.

The two companies will jointly review ATC supplying feedstock to Duqm Refinery & Petrochemicals Industries Company (OQ8), and consider the possible offtake of oil products by ATC from OQ8.

They say they may also expand the scope of the MoU to include product storage, renewables, waste streams, green ammonia, and green hydrogen.
