ETT Rotterdam adds six bio-blending tanks

VTTI has added six new tanks with a total capacity of 96,000 m3 at its state-of-the-art Euro Tank Terminal (ETT) in the Port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

The tanks can support low carbon energy as they can blend bio components. VTTI has successfully completed the commissioning of the tanks with the first product flowing in.

ETT is a deep-water terminal capable of handling very large crude carriers (VLCCs). It specialises in fuel oil and middle distillates, including methanol and jet fuel. It has 13 jetties and truck, rail and pipeline connections.

‘We’re delighted and proud to welcome this new addition to our Rotterdam terminal,’ says VTTI in a statement.
